Administrative Message #29 - General Info

Manual Surf:
I've been getting submissions sent for manual surf ads that do not have credits assigned. These are deleted as soon as approved and showing no credits.

I don't know if these are being submitted as upgraded manual surf ads, if so, this is not where to submit them. Those need to be submitted through your upgraded ads.

For manual surf ads you must assign credits when you submit your ad.

Click Requirements:
A reminder as to required clicks, if you are using ptp the minimum requirement is 100 clicks per calendar month. If not using the ptp, then the minimum is 50 clicks per calendar month.

Member/profile information:
I will be going through all accounts and suspending or deleting if not correct. This includes interests, some have nothing selected, and address. Your address must be a valid correct address, these will be checked. As previously been sent, hotmail and yahoo mails are NOT allowed.

Accounts with yahoo and/or hotmail will be suspended until you send a support ticket with updated email.

Due to my account being blocked, Liberty Reserve is no longer accepted on my sites.

I guess I need to clarify what emails are banned.

Yahoo mails, including all extensions and countries(ie: ymail, yahoo.country, yahoo.com.country)

Hotmail, including msn and live.

These must be changed as they are consantly bouncing. I'm changing accounts to site inbox to give you a chance to change them. If not changed and I see you have logged in and read this message, your accounts will be suspended. If support is not contacted, your account will be deleted.

Administrative Message #38 - One Busy Week
Hi Everyone,

Well this has been very busy week for me. I'm so sorry most of the sites were on the back burner during this time. I will be getting caught up over the next couple of days.

The week started when I was given a new website, due to health issues the WM was unable to run the site. Then I made arrangements for another site I've been wanting for awhile. Friday, I was offered a trade for yet another site. So.....

I'm proud to announce the the addition of Harvestingemails.com, Littlebearads.com and VIP-Paid-Mails.com to the DRC Network family.
One other site e-ptr.com has also joined the site, but will be offline until the necessary plugins are added.

There is still alot of work getting the sites where I would like, so please bear with me during this transition.

Please check out the new sites and join if you'd like.

Administrative Message #39 - Personal Sites Banned
Effective immediately, we will no longer accept advertising for personal websites showing lists of sites you are endorsing. There have been repeated incidents with these sites, having all kinds of nasties on them, hidden searches, and illegal things.

Any site submitted will be deleted and will not be replaced. DO NOT SUBMIT!!!

The US Government has put sanctions on several countries. We are now prohibited from allowing members from the following countries:

Angola, Burma, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Western Balkans (Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Macedonia, Serbia (including Kosovo), and Zimbabwe.

Administrative Message #48 - Boltmails.com Banned

Effective immediately, Boltmails.com is banned on all my sites. This is due to the fact that they are running a pirated/illegal cashcrusader script.

boltmails.com was verified to be pirated/illegal copy of CashCrusader.

The mailer is overloaded. This is the reason for the expired emails going out, as there is such a delay. No new email ads will be processed until the mailer clears out some. I've paused some ads temporarily to get things moving on time again.

I'm sure you've seen notices about the new Paypal fees on many other sites. I will be doing masspayouts. Paypal charges a 2% fee for the masspay which unfortunately I am not able to cover. There will now be a 2% fee deducted from each payout request. I'm sorry about this but Paypal has made it necessary.

All purchases will now need to be through my Paypal business account with fees.

Alertpay has much lower fees, however at the moment I do not have enough funds to make payouts. There will be a delay on those payout requests until funds are available.
