I have some bad news for all the promoters out there. I have to remove the All Traffic PTP page as it is causing too much bandwidth usage as well as too many PTP suspensions. It is causing me to lose too much money and time.

ALL TRAFFIC PTP WILL BE STOPPED ON MAY 10!!

Please cease all advertising you have for this PTP page by this date.

I am truly sorry for this decision, but if I find that the site is beginning to be unsustainable because of this page, then I must make changes for the future of BangTheLinks.

Administrative Message #87 - BIG ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi wonderful members!

This is a sad day for me, and I'm sorry it has come to this, but it has to be done. As most of you may have come aware in recent weeks, is my lack of commitment to the site. This is a direct result of a new job I started and the hours I must work. Between this and a battle I've had with PayPal, it's a headache I can do without. On top of this, and you all know my recent private problems with my mother's health. It's just too much to handle any longer.

So, I started searching for an alternate owner, someone that I can trust and above all, you can trust. And I think I have found that person. She is very well known, and runs a couple of sites already very successfully. I'll let her introduce herself to you very soon...

I am leaving the site to her. I am not selling it. I have paid for hosting and sent the new owner some "starter cash" to help her through any immediate expenses. I will also be around if she needs me for anything at all.

Again, I stress how totally upset I am with the decision I've had to make. It is really disheartening for me after building up BTL over the past 3 and a half years. But, I need to remove myself from the "online" world and concentrate on the "real" world for a while. I'm sure there will be those that will be upset with this decision, and may even quit the site over it, but I stress you do not, as I am 100% positive the new owner will run it as good as, if not better than I have

Administrative Message #88 - Introducing Myself...
Well, I guess I'll take this opportunity to introduce myself.

My name is Sherise and I own School Bus Of Cash and Princess Mails (and now BTL).

I have a partner who will be running this site with me. She owns 4 sites of her own. I will have her introduce herself later. We are in different time zones so she is likely still sleeping.

I don't plan any major changes. I've been a member of this site for some time now and think it runs pretty well the way it is.

The only change that I do NEED to make immediately is that Liberty Reserve is no longer going to be used at this site. I don't use it. I will pay using paypal and alertpay and accept same as payment.

Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions and I'll be happy to answer them as quickly as possible.

Administrative Message #90 - Payout Page
OK I believe the problem with the payout page is fixed. At least for right now I have it limited to being able to request every 7 days. This will give me time to keep caught up with requests. Please be patient as I will do all I can to make all payments within 2 weeks time from date of request.

Please let me know if you are still having trouble with it.

Administrative Message #91 - Clear the air
Hi members,

I just wanted to clear a few things up.

I thought that you would be informed earlier about the ownership change. I believe that you should have been informed at least a week prior to it happening. For that I'm truly sorry but I had no control over that.

The payout button is now working. You may request every 7 days and I will do my best to keep on top of payout requests and have them all paid in a timely manner.

As for my first admin message about having a partner, I've decided to run the site on my own only seeking advice if needed. If I do take on a partner at a later date, I will let you all know.

As of right now, I have no access to the site forum admin area. If I can't find the passwords, I will just make folders at my forum for my other 2 sites for BTL.

Please bear with me during this transition phase. There were lots of mistakes, inactive members still in database and many cheaters/possible cheaters that I've had to deal with since yesterday. Any concerns, please contact me at support@bangthelinks.com and I will get to you as soon as I can.

Administrative Message #94 - Regarding Payouts

Hi everyone,

Sorry to bother you again.

I want to try to be fair to all of the members and not make anyone wait a long time for payout.

Starting Monday May 25, 2009, the maximum for payout request will be $5 for all new requests and you will have to wait 14 days to request again. Once I get site debt down to a manageable amount I will put things back to the way they were.
