Hi,

Finally I'm back after solving a lot of urgent matters. I'm sorry that I didn't notice you earlier since the situation was very urgent.

A lot of site issues need to be taken care so here's my plan.

I'll process payout first and pay everyone by Sept 3.
I'll process ad too, but there are over 200+ emails in queue (we have lots of upgrade members). Therefore I expect 14 days to finish all of them.
After processing payout and ad, I'll start replying support letters since I think that lots of letters are about payout or ad redemption, it is just a waste of time to reply them if I haven't processed payout and ads.

I expect the site to catch up before Sept 15, of course the earlier the better. After that contests will be running again (Or I'll start running them as soon as possible).
